Dining
Options are varied, interesting and of high standard. The Estate House is the resort’s main restaurant. This former plantation house was once the centrepiece of the island’s sugar plantation, and reopened in November 2016 following a one-year, six-million-dollar restoration. The new Estate House includes a main restaurant and the 1830 Bar with three new private dining rooms as well as a wine room all inspired by the home’s rich history and island traditions. Other options range from an open-air restaurant to a casual beach shack for toes-in-the-sand dining and beach bar.
